Ce coach sportif est un exemple pour tous

Un coach sportif a pris volontairement 30 kilos pour montrer l’exemple à sa cliente afin qu’elle perde du poids.

Adonis Hill, un coach sportif de 35 ans n’a peur de rien et son histoire fait le tour du web. Afin de motiver sa cliente a perdre du poids, ce coach sportif a volontairement pris 30 kilos en trois mois.

Ces journées se résumaient à avaler pas moins de 7000 calories. Il a arrêté toutes activités physiques et ses menus équilibrés ont été remplacés par des  donuts, pizzas, hamburgers et bien d’autres substances bien grasses. Lui et sa cliente Alyssa sont parvenus a perdre pas moins de 26 kilos ensemble.

Bien évidemment, le coach sportif a vite repris ses bonnes habitudes: réveil à 4h45, petit-déjeuner équilibré, jogging et séance de musculation 5 à 6 fois par semaine et le résultat est probant, regardez ces photos postées via son instagram.
